I always enjoy my stay here. the accommodation is comfortable, and it's located in a stunning area close to the fantastic shopping streets of Ginza, where all the brand shops are. Tsukiji is nearby, and there are multiple train stations within reach. Breakfast offers a great variety of goodies.

I stayed at Via Inn for one night upon arriving in Tokyo and again for the last two nights of my trip. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage for two weeks without any extra charges. The location is excellent, with easy access to multiple Tokyo Metro stations and the Tsukiji outer market just across the street. The room, although typical Japanese size, was well-equipped and clean. The daily fresh towels and provided amenities were a nice touch.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the range of facilities provided. The hotel was located in fantastic shopping streets, in front of a bus stop for Shimbashi Station, and close to Tsukiji area for sightseeing. Transportation was convenient with walking distance to at least three metro stations, and it was easy to access Haneda airport for domestic or international flights. Breakfast choices were substantial, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is in a neighborhood full of sushi restaurants and just a stone's throw away from the Tsukiji fish market. It’s also conveniently located in front of a bus stop for easy access to Shimbashi Station. If you're in the mood for shopping, the fantastic shopping streets of Ginza and Harumi street are nearby. the rooms are equipped with big windows, comfortable bedding and complimentary breakfast with lots of tasty options.

According to one reviewer, there were some flies at the entrance during the daytime.

The rooms were significantly smaller than I had anticipated, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the overall cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved as I noticed some dust and debris under the furniture.
